Some projects require less or more work or a completely different approach but
The Design Process usually follows this sequence
1. Initial meeting with you (via phone, FaceTime, Skype or in person)
2. Quote or estimate schedule is sent via email  within 1 – 3 days
3. Deposit is received and work can commence
4. Design Brief Development / Design Research / Concept Development. Designs are sent via email for feedback. Hand sketching, computer rendering, preliminary digital artwork
5. Changes are made until designs are approved
6. Payment in full
7. Final artwork is prepared following commercial standards and sent to your other suppliers if needed: i.e., printer, sign-writer, web developer, embroidery company, screen printer, etc.
8. Deliver final product in formats as per the schedule.

The Design Process usually follows this sequence

  • Landing Page
  • Blog
  • Social Media Links
  • eCommerce
  • Contact Forms
  • Newsletters

3. Quote or estimate schedule is sent via email  within 1 – 3 days, usually will be broken into 4 stages
payment for hosting, domain, landing page and email setup
payment for additional pages, content and menus structure
payment for the more sophisticated functionality e-commerce site and products
maintenance payment charged at hourly rate and invoiced
4.Deposit is received for Hosting, Domain, and Landing Page then work can commence
5. Client gives me the domain name choices for registration and abn if has one (it is up to the client to ensure he has a registered business name for this domain)
6. Client chooses which Web Design he likes from the website portfolio on http://www.sallycristinagraphicdesign.com.au/index.php/latest-news
7. I will register the domain name and set up the hosting and email addresses this can usually be done on the same day
8. The Landing page or Homepage is created and is published and sent for approval
9. 2nd deposit is paid for the additional content to be added, links to Social Media, additional Pages, Blogs and Menus etc
10. Client sends me all the content and Images he wants added to the website
11. I will prepare the images and content for web publication, this may take some time depending on the quality of the images, they may need extensive photoshop work and resizing.
12. Client sends the copy for the content, or the copy may be prepared as per the client brief and agreed schedule. The Client is responsible for the final proof of all work that is to be published
13. Preliminary Website is published
14. 3rd deposit is paid for the more sophisticated functionality like eCommerce and Forms, Newsletters etc
15. The eCommerce functionality is added and additional content added per the schedule
16. Website completed as per the schedule and documentation sent for managing the website any ongoing maintenance charged at an hourly rate.
